Sam Schluter-Hughes

Exercise Physiologist

Sam has been with trewrehab since 2009, after gaining considerable experience in a range of both public and private health care facilities. Sam particularly enjoys working with the over 50's, as this age group traditionally struggles to maintain long term exercise habits due to chronic illness or sedentary tendencies. He has a passion in seeing people who don't normally exercise turn their health around and become regular exercisers. Sam's philosophy is based on sound scientific evidence in that no matter what stage of life you're at, or clinical condition you may have, exercise is a potent medicine and when used effectively has the ability to improve both your physical and mental quality of life.
